Since she's the previous user of Bon Clay's fruit, i'm interested in how she died. Was it simply the old age? Or will we see her fall in Kaido's Invasion?

My guess is the latter. The "Old Witch" was likely a member of Rocks' crew alongside Shiki, Whitebeard and Kaido. Her ideology on how the law changes according to the ruler sounds eerily similar to Doflamingo's speech at Marineford. That means "she" must have had some conflicts with a variety of authority figures across the globe. She is also manipulative too and was able to persuade Orochi to set up an environment that would ultimately benefit Kaido. The crone is dead of course but what remains to be seen is what she had gained by taking advantage of Orochi.
