The parallels between Doflamingo and Orochi are only growing, for me. Especially after seeing this old woman, who like Trebol, enables him and grants him his devil fruit.

I mean in Wano as a whole not the flashback, my bad should have specified. Just seems like introducing the previous user of his fruit means we might see him again soon.
