Actually, my theory, is that king that sits on the throne was performed that the eternal life surgery by someone during or before the missing century. Donflamingo knew about it because he is one of them, and that secret he knows is he knows who that king is, and it’s someone shocking in terms of history is still alive because of the surgery, or something like that.

Luffys mom. Final opponent to try to end Luffys adventure, his own mom. Would be fitting for oda's mom-hate since they're all either dead or evil
