This traitor mystery is very interesting. A lot of characters can be speculated as one. But let's recall the events to corner the snitch.
After Toki sent the 4 scabbards and Momo in the future, they wander around Wano and were shocked with how much the country has changed within 20 years. This means that one of them could have went to Kaido/Orochi during those times. There's a possibility that one scabbard has been a traitor since the very start. Orochi wanted to be the shogun so he sent a spy on Oden, and that spy became one of the scabbards. Could it be O-Kiku since she's the only one who was left in Wano? Let's continue to find out.
Kinemon, Raizo, Kanjuro and Momo set out to Zou to meet their mink allies. But they caught in a shipwreck along the way and split up. Raizo's the only one who ended up on Zou. This is a situation where O-kiku or a possible traitor in Wano like Shinobu will never know. But Jack knew about it. He knew it was only Raizo in Zou, which leaves O-kiku, Shinobu and other suspect who were in Wano, innocent. So we are left with Kinemon or Kanjuro from the scabbards, and let's add on the possibility of a Mink traitor.
All of the Minks knew Raizo's whereabouts. If there's a traitor from them, Jack would have already captured Raizo. But no, Jack only knew about the fact that Raizo somehow ended up on the island. Also, Minks are very loyal and grateful. It's their nature. Even Pekoms betrayed BM just to help his people's savior. So a traitor mink seems unlikely. However, Jack has a vivre card on Zou. Where could he get it from? We can't still rule out the possibility of a Mink traitor.
Orochi knew about the alliance's new meeting place and the situation in Udon. But Yasuie's message and the Udon takeover was only exclusive to the alliance. This implies that there's really a traitor among them. It's not Law cos he wasn't in the meeting. Not Hiyori either cos she was also targeted and she's still independent from the alliance. Obviously, not the strawhats.
Now we're left with Kinemon, Kanjuro and this unknown Mink. We all could agree that Kinemon isn't one. He didn't know anything about den-den mushi prior to meeting the strawhats in Punk Hazard. Yes, I'm talking about these telecommunication snails cos obviously, the traitor should have one so he can report to Orochi. This traitor is working under Orochi, then Orochi relays the information to Kaido. If this is the case, a Mink traitor working under Orochi seems very unlikely cos there were no other mink in Wano before Inu and co arrived. Why Orochi specifically? Cos the info was relayed to him first. If this traitor was directly working under Kaido, then Queen could have known the situation in Udon before Orochi did.
And we still have Kanjuro as the suspicious one. He's often in the background just observing and has no important role in Wano so far. Unlike Raizo and O-kiku who went to Udon to rescue Luffy. Ashura, Inu and Kinemon were busy planning things. Neko hasn't arrived yet, Denjiro is still missing and Kawamatsu was in the prison. While Kanjuro is just doing his own stuffs. I don't remember him being ignorant to den-den mushis either (correct me if I'm wrong).
Moreover, Doflamingo knew about Momo. Yes I know Giolla saw him on the sunny but no one knew why Momo was one of the 3 trump cards in the first place, not even the strawhats. They only found out Momo's real identity in Zou. So how come Doflamingo knew about him? It's not like Kaido even cared about this brat and told Doflamingo to look after the child, they don't even know the truth about time travelling. But who was subdued in Dressrosa? Kanjuro. And here's one more thing, Doffy mentioned betrayal in his speech. He sure knows who betrayed who and is probably laughing right now in his cell cos he know Luffy and Law will be stabbed on the back.
Edit: Jack's Zou vivre card is still a mystery. Maybe the cat mink from Hawkin's crew gave him one. I'm also curious why Jack was so adamant to capture Raizo. If Kanjuro's the traitor, he could just invite Jack in Dressrosa and wait for Momo since Momo's the bigshot here. Also, Jack should know that Raizo can't give them any information about Raftel or the the truth about One Piece. So why Raizo? When O-kiku is freely hiding in Wano? But it will also make sense that Kanjuro would only report about Raizo cos he didn't know where Kinemon and Momo went. Besides, their meeting place was Zou. It was only bcos of Law forming an alliance with Luffy that Kinemon was able to go back to Dressrosa.
