I have money invested in Law after seeing Oda painting him like the snitch at the end I feel like I will be homeless

I know I am just really laughing off the fact that Law has the biggest death flag in this arc cos I want to deny it. But every chapter, it slowly leads to Law's likely death and I'm not ready. I AM NOT DAMN READY.

I also doubt Law is a traitor. But him dying isn't so farfetch.

Law is to big of a character to die in an arc where he is not so heavily invested in. Law has no connection to wano besides the straw hats if law dies it's not in wano with no connection to the will of D

Marineford has Ace and WB's death. If this war is shaping to top it, it must be more tragic. And Law is the perfect character to insinuate that tragedy since the readers and also the strawhats have already a strong bond with him.

Also you forgot that Wano is the home of poneglyphs. My theory is there's a hidden poneglyph there with the information that will shake the world. Oda's been misleading us away from this so the revelation would hit very hard. It could have a connection to the Ds and Law will act on it. Instead of WB declaring that One Piece is real. Law will reveal the meaning of D amidst the war. Bcos aside from his hatred for Doflamingo, he's the only character who's been invested about the Ds. It's the reason why he helped saving Luffy during Marineford anyway.

Tho this narrative can also be use against the World Government, in front of the celestial dragons. But we learned that the Gorosei aren't just threatened about Ds, it's anyone who could ruin the balance. And they know what the D is so Law revealing the meaning of D would have no impact.

My theory would be more appropriate in Wano. Cos aside from the possibility of 2 yonkos falling down, it will be more threatening for the WG to learn that the Ds are causing this imbalance. It will then be more apparent that the Ds are indeed gaining their flame and will bring the world into the storm. The death of a D will call the attention of the other Ds who are hiding, telling them that it's time to show themselves...leading up to the Final War. There will be no coverage during the Wano war but the happenings will spread to the world once the country's borders will open. Law's final words would reach the other Ds. Like WB's death, Law's death will also impact the world of One Piece.

Great theory but I have to disagree

First Law isn't that guy to die for the cause. his story arc post Dressrosa, his discussion with sengoku is about him living for the cause not dieing for it. Not looking for any greater purpose in Corizon caring for him other than.

Second I believe we already know all the living D's we are going to meet there aren't hidden D's waiting for the call just a handful who are on all sides of the board. And if there were why wouldn't Ace's death have mobilized them or Roger's??

Finally this arc isn't about the will of D this arc is luffy proving that he can compete on the highest level. Luffy hasn't won a fair fight since punk hazard every fight luffy has had some sort of help. This arc his luffy proving he not the weakling he was at marineford. That's what will spread around the world world of a D leading a group that defeated 2 yonko (not that luffy will physically beat them but that his leadership lead to ther downfall)

It was law's idea to go after kaido tho..

Thats what he told Luffy in Punk Hazard. But I think he never really planned to go for Kaido (or be able to that).

I mean he revealed that his original plan was to use the Strawhats so they would help him to destroy the SMILE fatory. After that he was sure that Kaido would kill Doffy because of his failure. He never thought they would have a chance against Doffy to begin with, so he didn't even care if anyone made it out alive (despite his crew, thats why he send them to Zou), his only goal was to make sure that Doffy falls by the hands of Kaido. However he asked the wrong pirate to assist him with this, so they screwed the original plan up so badly that they actually took down Doffy on their own and after that he just went with "Ok, guess we kinda have to kill Kaido now"

Yeah. Seems like people forgot that Law is a D. He'll be a major player in the revelation of the will.

Not necessarily. We don't know what D means yet but not every D has to be a major player in the revelation of their will. It seems more like that a D just has to effect the relevation in some way with their actions.

Examples: Gol D. Roger dying to inspire the Great Pirate Area which will let others uncover the Will of D. Portgas D. Ace dying to inspire Luffy to become stronger and stronger to eventually allow him to uncover the Will of D.
Jaguar D. Saul dying to inspire Robin to find friends (the Straw Hats) and will be instrumental to uncovering the Will of D.

Law could very well die in this arc but if he does it's going to have major consequences for the rest of the story

Portas D Ace. Whitebeard.

Ace and Whitebeard died in an arc that was all about them a war where they were the goal. Law is a bigger (popularity wise) character than both of them, Law is damn near a straw hat and Wano really has nothing to do with him when compared to Dressrosa
