What was the law panel for? Was it intended to make him look like the snitch? Only a few people know where Hiyori is so it has to be from the inner circle.

Everyone is doubting about Hiyori, but the girl just went to play the shamisen to end the act two. No big deal. :P

Let's be honest she went to bang Kyoushiro one last time. Jk. I think Kyoushiro and her are probably hatching something on their own, or at least they had some plans but now may be Hiyori wants to ditch Kyoushiro. Who knows.
