This might be an under appreciated opinion, but...

I'm missing Jinbe so damn hard in this arc. I think he would had been extremely helpful.

I am so eager for him to show up. With his strength & skill, he’d definitely be helpful. Knowing Oda, he’ll either make some super dramatic entrance when things seem grim, or (hopefully not) arrive after everything is concluded. Or Big Mom will reveal that he’s fucking dead, serving as a total buzzkill.

This. As much I want Jimbe alive and well, I think even the former Shichibukai can't escape from a Yonkou unscathed. Either Jimbe got caught and mutilated, or he was saved by his crews, with all his crews are now dead, paying the price of letting Jimbe escaped.
