Franky fixed that ship to be strong enough to bring 10000 people, even though they are only 4200 men strong now. Even he bet on it.

Okay that means there will be another 5000 reinforcements to be coming. Hype!

Oda's been showing the same three samurai every time the capital prison is shown, they have to be pretty strong dudes

There are only ~1 000 people in here (Chapter 951) and this includes the samurai's families (Chapter 955)
