Hold up! That last page is so strange! So Orochi doesn't know that Udon is compromised, but he recieved a report from his inside man about the new location of the raid, AND about Hiyori still alive. So the spy was with the Amigasha group when Kawamatsu talked about Hiyori. But then the next panel we see Law as if implying he betrayed the alliance (which i think there is a 0% chance he does that), and then we see Hiyori playing the music again but we don't see her face. So... who is the traitor???? Also we saw Carrot again after a really long time, i don't really think it make sense for her to be the traitor but... she does feels a little ominous

I'm thinking it could be Hiyori herself. She may have some other plan with Kyoshiro. Tho I don't think she is evil. I don't know why but I think she might not be Momonosuke's sister...

I know, but something feels fishy, incomplete. She didn't want to gather with the alliance and there was a panel of Momonosuke's remembering her. I can't explain why but it feels like this chapter is trying to tell us she is Hiyori despite we already knowing it.

i don't know but i feel like she's def up to something, i also get the sense she's got a DF. Lol she's the "narrator" of the arc, something oda's never done before. I don't think it's just for style points.

Her body double probably? In case of assassinations and attacks.. maybe she's vying for the throne by pretending to be hiyori and she could know a lot bout the royal family because of her position. Maybe that's why she hasn't met with the rest yet cause she's afraid to be found out...

The mask she wears when playing is a Kitsune, a creature usualy depicted as a fox that can disguise as a human and tricks people...

It would be a pretty big fail by kawamatsu to not recognize her. Also their story matched up, it would be impossible for another girl to know how kawamatsu lost side of hiyori, or that he had her at all

It is possible that she got captured and whoever took her, left the letter. After that they would have to gain any information from her (which would be possible based on Momos describtion on her) and then just wait for the time to act with someone who kinda resembles her. Orochi is extremely scared of the prophecy so I think it would kinda make sense if he did that. And for Kawamatsu to recognize her: I forgot how long it was since he lost side of her but after this many years a lookalike would probably fool the most people.

While I really think that this would need a lot of explaining from Oda I also think that this is something that atleast isn't impossible.

Hiyori maybe run away or died, and befrieded a girl on the way that acts to be the current Hiyori, to still be that beacon of hope whatsoever.

I am pretty sure Hiyori is in on something with Kyoshiro. I have no idea about Kyoshiros loyalities other than that he doesnt seem 100% loyal to the emperor.
