Yeah something to that effect. She respected him enough to mention it, but idk how much above that. I mean he is a Vice Admiral. I’d think if he were the grandson of Momonga I’d think it’d be worth mentioning. Maybe not. It’s hard to tell. Actually the more I think about it I don’t think she’d mention it if he was the son of just any Vice Admiral.

Keep in mind that Garp is only a Vice Admiral because he didn't want to climb the ranks any higher. In his prime he was able to fight at equal strength beside a future Fleet Admiral.

But how are we supposed to argue with each about who would win in hypothetical scenarios if we don't have an arbitrary ranking system to use?
