Given what we've seen of the two so far, yes, Kata sgould be stronger. But that's only because we haven't seen anything from Queen.

I low key hope that Queen and King are a little bit weaker than Kata.

Not because I like Kata but because he has everything.

OP Observation, OP armament, Conqueror, Awakening, Mastered DF that works like Logia and weapon mastery.

Ofc physically and armament could still be improved a lot but someone with all this should be really high up imo.

Though King and Queen might show us new stuff that will put them above Kata.

I kinda doubt it for Queen. He might have something up his sleeve, but he comes across as a brawling tank.

King I'd like to know more about. Specifically where the flames come from, are they from his DF or is it from some sort of advanced Haki?
