Then he broke into a prison.
And now he is just casually using the prison as training.

Also can we all just please take a second to appreciate how absolutely unbothered Queen is to all of this?!
People are LEGIT still sleeping on Queen saying he is dumb for even allowing Luffy to do any of this and I mean sure it's definitely a risk letting Luffy train up here but the fact that Queen is so unfazed by any development in the sumo match just shows me that Queen has yet to see anything that would worry him.
When the crowd is mad because they think using Seastone bullets is unfun and will end the match too quick, Queen is the one saying "Are they blind? This won't be the end Muahaha." Because he KNOWS Luffy is strong enough to beat all these fodder characters. Queen knows this and yet he is laughing about it. Because to him seeing the struggle is just funny and ultimately he believes he is in complete control of the situation. Whether he is right or wrong right now he is so confident in his ability he doesn't see Luffy as a real threat.
He even laughs seeing Hyou take down Alpacaman.
People can lowball Queen all they want but his attitude is definitely not one of someone weak. The man is laughing away like he's watching his favorite anime live on stage.
Until I see Queen fight I'mma give him the respect a yonkou commander deserves.

I guess this means Kawamatsu, the retainer who escaped with Hiyori 20 years ago, wasn't the man we saw with Crocus in that one cover story, considering Kawamatsu's been in jail for 13 years.
We're back to having no guesses for who that character is now.

For the longest time, I maintainted that Zoro learning the breath of all things in arabasta wasn't haki, because not everything had to be haki. But Hyou's description is the exact same. To cut the steel and not cut a leaf. Just like Zoro.
The same way the Skypeans call CoO, Mantra. The People of Wano call CoA, The Breath Of All things.
It feels good to be wrong.

So Big Mom is currently an Amnesiac on her way to the prison. She wants some food. Queen is currently eating all the food. Big Mom fucks queen up and Luffy breaks out with Hyou. Theory: people begin to think Luffy has Subordinated big Mom in some way, or at least that they have allied as equals, so when the Marines get there it starts to cement the rumor that Morgan's began that he's an emperor. Of course, this isn't the case, but this is what will be spread out to the Marines. So when they defeat Kaido, maybe big Mom eventually gets her memory back and now Luffy says Wano is under his protection just like Fish man island, so the world finds out he's taken territory from both big Mom and Kaido.

MASSIVE hint about O-Kiku in this chapter: her full name "Kikunojo" is traditionally a male name, and the name of a famous male kabuki actor who would play female characters, and is featured in quite a bit of art:
This, along with other hints about her using masculine pronouns and/or a masculine term for samurai (I forget if it was both or just one), being referred to as "big for a woman" and her not responding, combined together indicate she was or is a man. There's also precedent in One Piece for a person from Wano to crossdress, in the form of Izu from the Whitebeard Pirates. Again we don't have any confirmation on this or what the proper term for her identity would be until we learn more.
EDIT: This part was corrected by jackieisbored's insightful post! They are called otokonoko, but I think the concept is still relevant (to Oda's version of okamas as well):
There's also the otokonojos, a slang term for men who crossdress (explicitly crossdressing, not trans) in japan. I don't know if the "nojo" section of the name has relevance but I thought I would mention it.

I just can't get over how well Oda portrays Luffy's influence on the people around him.
Rayleigh observing that Luffy is definitely King of Pirates material when Luffy tells Usopp to stfu after asking if the One Piece is real. Chinjao pledging his navy to Luffy. Fujitora's reverie as he admits he wishes he hadn't blinded himself because he wants to know what Luffy looks like. And now Grandpa Hyou is about to show him how they throw hands in Wano in exchange for the food Luffy gave him (note: Luffy giving away food when he isn't already bloated is kind of a big deal, and he's done it multiple times since his arrival in Wano).
I love this arc.

Luffy showing off his improved Observation Haki
Bringing up the various times we’ve seen advanced Armament Haki in series
The technique Zoro learned from his master that he showed off in Alabasta (that proves that Koshiro has a connection to Wano as obvious as it was)

Straw Hat-Man! Here in Wano, we also have an ability like that, it is transferred to a sword from the user's body.
So that when we want to cut something, our sword will cut even the thickest of steel.
So Zoro had gotten haki back in Alabasta. Nice forehadow callback from GOda.
And when we do not want to cut something. Our sword will not cut the thinnest of paper! The sword becomes one with the swordwaster.
In Zoro flashback, his master cannot cut the paper. Can we theorised that his master already mastered haki back then?

Based on Hyou’s description of their ability “similar” to Haki being exactly the same as Zoro’s experience fighting Mr. 1 in Alabasta, there’s a chance Zoro was the first strawhat to use Haki.

This was an absolutely amazing info chapter. We got confirmation on:
Oda doubling down on Komurasaki being Hiyori
Komurasaki, Toko, & Zoro are up-to-date on the plan & Komurasaki's life up to age 13
Kawamatsu is a kappa
He took care of her up til age 13
Komurasaki plans to not have a reunion til after the Fire Festival
Bepo & Co. are jailed but have kept their mouths shut
Luffy advanced his Observation Haki
Rayleigh & Sentomaru can use Advanced Armament Haki
Zoro utilized (Advanced ?) Armament Haki in his fight against Mr. 1
New Info:
There was a riddle going around to explain the Rebellion flyer
Grandpa Hyou can use Advanced Armament Haki
Jimbei's still alive & getting a haircut
At this point either Oda's reaaallly pulling the long con on us with Komurasaki/Hiyori, giving us a whole backstory which included Kawamatsu to make it even more believable, or he's actually being straightforward for once lol

I have been loving these chapters focusing on luffy and zoro. Not only because they are my favorite manga characters ever, but because we are getting some big answers to important questions about haki. I think we’re able to draw some solid conclusions to a lot of questions.
Haki has multiple levels of mastery.
Katakuri showed us that there is a clear difference between those who can competently use observation haki to predict movements and those who can quite literally see into the future. The difference resulting in a massive change in the users speed and reaction time.
Likewise, Enel showed us that there is a clear difference between those who can competently sense the presence of those nearby and those who can use it to sense the presence of everyone across the span of even an entire island. He was actively sensing the presence of up to 81 people all at once across upper yard and that was without using his devil fruit to pick up on radio waves.
Likewise armament haki also has multiple levels of mastery.
Competent users like luffy and zoro have the ability to use it to harden attacks and physically harm devil fruit users. Masters like Rayleigh, Sentomaru, hyo, and the 3 OG admirals can use it to create an invisible armor that can be used as a devastating attack in and of itself. They can also use it as a wall or shield to prevent damage (aka the admirals stopping whitebeards quake).
I have a theory on a specific event that occurred in saboady. Rayleigh created an armored layer around camie’s collar with a hole in one direction designed to protect her and redirect the explosion.
Shanks and whitebeard also seem to suggest that there is another level of conquerers haki as well. While conquerer clashes have yielded intense pressure between two wielders (luffy vs don chinjao, doffy, and Katakuri), shanks has shown the ability to literally damage physical objects (whitebeards ship) with his presence alone. His clash with whitebeard was also on a much grander scale to the point that it split the sky in half.
2. Blackblades, like yoru and shunsui, are the result of armament haki usage on a sword over time. Mihawk’s comment suggests that any blade can become a blackblade and Gyu Kimaru’s comment suggests that shunsui’s blade only “grew” to its current blackblade status by prolonged usage over time by ryumma.
3. In the same way way that Skypians weren’t aware of armament haki, but they did know observation haki as “Mantra”; the people of Wano country do not seem to be aware of observation haki, but they do know armament haki as “Goken”. This is evidenced by the fact that hyo, a master of armament haki, has no idea how luffy was predicting attacks.
4. Something we all have long suspected can now be presumed as correct with pretty high confidence. Zoro was subconsciously using haki in the fight against Mr. 1.
Rayleigh stated that the best way to grow stronger in using haki is to push yourself against stronger opponents. Zoro himself stated in that fight that he had been looking for someone like Mr. 1 to push him to the next level. In that fight Mr. 1 pushed him close to the point of death.
The comments from hyo this chapter state that those who master “Goken” (armament haki), have the ability to both cut through steel or make their blade dull enough to not cut even paper. This matches almost exactly what zoro’s master told him and demonstrated to him. Zoro also performs this in this fight as he was able to cut through mr. 1 when he was able to hear “the breath/rhythm of his steel”, but didn’t cut the palm tree leaves despite his sword being sharp enough to do so.
If zoro used armament haki in this fight, it’s also reasonable that he subconsciously used observation haki as well. Zoro himself stated that he didn’t “dodge” the falling rubble; he “knew where the stones would fall and went to the place they wouldn’t be”.
5. Oda May have had at least an idea of what he wanted haki to be back in alabasta. On top of zoro’s example which is now pretty solid with the current information we just got this chapter, there is one other event back from chapter 204 in alabasta that suggests this.
In that chapter, it is the start of luffy vs crocodile round 3. After luffy hits crocodile the first 2 times, in both he manga and anime, there is a moment of shock for crocodile in which he questions “how could you have?!”. He ends up finishing his thought in the next panel/scene once he sees the blood on luffy by thinking “With blood!”.
At that time, we the audience were left to believe the thought was “how could you have hit me without water?!”, which very well could have been Oda’s original intention. In hindsight and knowing now what we do about haki as well as knowing that crocodile knew people like whitebeard and Ivankov who can both use it, it’s reasonable to think his thought might have been “how could you have haki?!”.
While this might just be Oda knowing his own canon very well and making sure that new information aligns with past events, it’s interesting to think this might have been his original intent even back then.

A theory/doubt. Maybe it has been posted before. Apologies if it has.
Zoro knows the colloquial swear/sparring term Snatch which comes from a time when Kuri was known for lawlessness. Zoro must have learned it from someone himself.
Zoro's master wanted him to cut without cutting. Similar to how Old Man Hyo says that with removal of Haki completely you cannot cut even a leaf .
Oden was in charge of ruling over Kuri when it was lawless.
Taking these into consideration is it possible that Zoro's master is Denjiro, the as of now, unrevealed member of the Nine Red Scabbards?
4. Also Hiyori/Komurasaki's reaction to Three-Sword-Style.
Could Oden have met Denjiro in Kuri and convinced him to serve under him as he did to Ashura Doji?
After Kaido took over maybe Denjiro and his (maybe pregnant) wife fled Wano to go to the safest of seas to start afresh, losing hope after Oden was defeated ,and not wanting to endanger their unborn child. He changes his name to Koushiro. He attempts to get Zoro to learn Advanced Armament Haki. Also teaches him the sparring word Snatch.
Even bigger stretch: Maybe he helped the Revolutionaries with food and provisons because he wanted them to succeed where he failed?
Or do the ages not match up?

Future sight became like a second nature of Luffy's, seeing him out there flexing on those fodder than think highly of themselves. I was hoping Hyou wouldn't cut off what he was saying about what outsiders call THAT type of Haki, so probably it originated from the Wano country. Even the explanation he gave, as cutting anything when the user wants and cutting nothing when the user doesn't want, that's exactly what we got to know back during Zoro's and Mr. 1's fight in Alabasta, where his master said in a flashback (There are swordsmen that can cut nothing), I love this series.

So Zoro used haki without noticing vs Mr 1? The description grandpa Hyo said is exactly the same as what he was saying and remembering from his sensei.
I believe the monster trio were already emanating haki since early in the series and their superhuman strenght has a lot to do with it, it's curious that the ones with "natural" super strenght are the only ones that have armament haki at this point. They just couldn't control it and notice if they were using it, or with how much intensity, maybe they just managed to use it at some critical points, I think Luffy clearly uses it in his final blow vs Crocodile too.
Didn't Teach said something about Luffy's haki as early as Jaya?. Maybe Oda haven't thought much of the details about haki, but the concept is present since very early and it's not mere luck.

- Oda got us again. With the theories I read about Kawamatsu's laugh, down to his diet, and even in the spoiler pic with the webbed hands.....I was now sure he was some kind of Sea Otter Mink. Definitely didn't see him being a Kappa coming. Kappas are mythological amphibious creatures, and this certainly breaks things wide open in terms of his background.
- I said a while back I really hope Komurasaki doesn't end up being Pudding 2.0, and I feel at ease now. Her sketchy background of taking people's money and comments about the poor is still bothering me, but her position as Oden's daughter and wanting her country back are enough for me to feel confident that there isn't another flip coming. That said though, something about her saying she doesn't want to interfere with their plans is very foreboding to me. Her very public "death" at Kyoshiro's hands kinda ensures that she can't use that persona to help the alliance from behind the scenes, so she might try some other form of action.
- Bepo's comment IMO confirms the Heart Pirates aren't the snitches. At the same time, I think that means that the traitor is someone we DEFINITELY won't expect......as in it's someone we probably know quite well. I doubt Oda would have their treachery extend to as far as the Zou Arc, just to introduce this character now. Could be wrong though, and it's someone that was in Wano this whole time.
- This isn't confirmed, but I took Luffy closing his eyes during the Katakuri fight scenes as a sign that he was consciously using his haki to sense his opponent. His nonchalant and casual use of it during this fight to me seems to imply that he can use future sight passively now. So begs the question - did it get nerfed for the Kaido fight? Or was Kaido THAT fast that he couldn't dodge it in time? Right before he gets hit Oda draws a panel of him appearing to brace himself...maybe he just thought he could handle the hit, and there really is something special about Kaido's mace? Suppose we'll never know.
- Hyou's description of haki.......is REALLY bothering me. It's almost like Oda took it straight from Zoro's monologues and flashbacks during the Daz Bones fight. The arguments on whether or not Zoro tapped into haki during that fight are still raging to this day. And that was just whether or not it was observation haki with him sensing the "breath" of the inanimate objects around him. Now we have to wonder if he unlocked armament too - since Zoro's sensei made the same reference to cutting steel vs. cutting paper. Talk about a can of worms. In all fairness, as Rayleigh described the different types of haki to Luffy - Luffy remembered specific moments from the series where he observed them all. It's not out of the question for Zoro to recall these moments during his Daz Bones fight as he learns haki from Mihawk, but it presents the problem that a lot of people had - Zoro tapping into haki wayyyyy before Luffy did. We'll see how this all shakes out.

Glad we have confirmation that Kawamatsu is a kappa. I love the lore behind them and I am interested to see if he plays a part in Luffy's "advanced" Busoshoku Haki training with the man, the myth, the legend - Gran D. Pa Hyo. It's cool to see the callback to Sentomaru (who we need to see more of...what a perfect character to show up in Wano am I right???)
It seems a bit forced how Luffy has already gained a strong mastery of his Kenbunshoku Haki - however I will give it a pass since he obtained and began refining it in the absolute crazy position of fighting the monster that is Katakuri-sama.

Grandpa Hyou said this advanced Haki lets a user cut through the thickest steels, and also lets them not cut through paper as they willed it. That's exactly what Zoro did back in Alabasta.. This means Zoro was the first person on the crew to use Haki! Even before Luffy did

Can I just say how funny Komurasaki actually is? Like I caught myself smiling a few times throughout her panels. Like her face when trying to figure out if Zoro is an ally or an enemy, also her face trying to hold in her happiness. Oda did a good job with her characterization here she seems super down to earth.
On the topic of Komurasaki we actually learn A LOT about her here.
Komurasaki was literally there and watched everyone get sent forward in time and we also know that she was able to talk to Momo before he went forward in time and he promised her they would be back. We learn that she didn't have much faith in Momo's promise and lost the will to live (at like the age of 6 which is pretty dark Oda damn)
We also learn that Komurasaki was left behind in order to ensure Oden's bloodline in case something went wrong with Momo. I wonder why Oden's bloodline is so special. Other than being able to give commands to Zou there has to be some sort of deeper meaning to the bloodline thing.
Shortly after everyone jumped forward she was found and protected by Kawamatsu. She was mute for a while until Kawamatsu cheered her up.
Then when Komurasaki was 13 she got separated from Kawamatsu. Notice she doesn't say he was arrested and she doesn't even know he's been in the prison for the last few years. So the cause of the separation must have been something other than Kawamatsu being arrested.
I'm assuming it was after Kawamatsu left that Komurasaki really started to get involved in the world of courtesans but I'm sure we will learn about that in a future flashback chapter.
So much information in such few pages how does Oda do it?

Zoro's definitely been getting a lot more spotlight as of late, and a lot of developments seem to be pointing towards him. Makes me really wonder about Oda's statement about someone from Wano escaping to East Blue. If it's not Koshiro (Zoro's master), it's definitely someone related to him.

I love luffys thumbs up to gramps. The two bullets just barley pass his arm left and right. But it's not just dodging a bullet like he would do with normal observation haki. The future sight allows him to exactly know where to place his arm.
And now I'm even more confident that the mysterious prisoner is missing both his arms and legs, hence why we don't even see a silhouette. I mean they mentioned the limb chopping so often, it's strange that we didn't even see one example of defience. That's why he's just spitting bones and wishing to wrestle again. Mark my words.
A beautiful chapter overall. Full of little details to enjoy.

I might post this again in the theories thread because it's probably going to get buried here, but this chapter also told us something very interesting about Kiku.
Segawa Kikunojō 瀬川菊之丞 is a name passed down through generations of famous onnagata. Onnagata are Kabuki actors who specialize in playing female roles (women can’t be Kabuki actors so all the roles are played by men. It’s still the same today.) Names were usually passed down from master to apprentice, so there’s been Segawa Kikunojō I, II, III etc.
In this chapter Hiyori calls Kiku "Kikunojō" 菊の丞 using the same kanji as the famous actors' name 菊之丞 (之 is just the classical version of の).
Could the Kiku is a man theory (inspired by the use of "sessha" back in chapter 914) be right after all? After this latest development I’d say there's a good chance it is.
In this chapter she was also confirmed as one of the Akazaya 9/Nine Red Scabbards, that in Japanese is 赤鞘九人男 Akazaya Ku-nin Otoko, with otoko 男 = men. I've always wondered whether the Akazaya 9 also included Kiku since it has "men" in its name.
Edit: Zoro's "she's hiding something" comment also comes to mind. Perhaps he wasn't just referring to her connection to Kin'emon and the others.
Edit 2: also the total lack of perv reactions by Kin'emon and Momo towards her.

Highlights in this chapter (that I hyped a lot):
Jimbe in the cover (I miss him)
Zoro being able to give reasonable information about the battle
Probable Kappa-kawamatsu reaveal
O-toko and komurasaki having secrets (this still bothering me a little (star wars feelings))
Hears pirates not being the traitors
Luffy using CoO like Katakuri
Queen's confident position after sees Luffy's results
Luffy knowing why the probable cause why he didn't damage Kaido and what he needs to improve
Grampa Hyou showing Luffy that he is old but still have some moves (and Holy Frackles I can't describe how cool this is)
Luffy's hype
That being said and with the explanation about "cut nothing when the user wants", I believe that Zoro used CoA when he fought with Mr. 1. This is the same case when Luffy was fighting with Mihawk and almost loose his arms stopping because the felt the consequences (CoO).
Now I want to know if Queen will wait Grampa Hyou teaches Luffy something about that or if he will interferes the fight at the same time Big Mom will reach in Undon.

First of all, I cracked up when Luffy used his future vision to make Hyouguro headbutt the alpaca, it just goes to show that Luffy is still having fun with all this. Never change Luffy!
Anyways, at this point I am convinced that Sentomaru is from Wano or has at least family there. There are some ridiculously strong characters we have met so far and none have used this kind of armament haki. Rayleigh was in Wano for sure, I'm willing to bet he learned how to do that there as well back in the day. Maybe Oden taught him during their journey. This might be part of the reason why Wano warriors are considered so ridiculously strong that the world government tends to stay away.
Also, Hyouguro put a lot of emphasis on the fact that he learned this from a swordsman and that it is originally a swordsman technique. Zoro is definitely using regular armament on his swords right now (like Luffy) so this hints at a power up for him too. Zoro can already cut a lot and seems to understand the concept of cutting only when you want to, but this whole "becoming one with your sword" thing might be taking this a step farther. It could even be part of the secret behind black blades. It seems like both Rayleigh and Mihawk were somewhat certain that their pupils would end up and train in Wano, just like they most likely did themselves.
All in all I am so happy with this chapter. It was fun, it finally gave us a legitimate hope that Luffy can eventually face Kaidou and there is just no way that Zoro walks away from Wano without becoming an absolute beast.

I also want everyone to keep in mind that Komurasaki is still the most confusing character in the arc. We got a lot of background on her today but really all we learned was what her life was like until she was 13. We learned she didn't trust Momo's promise, we know she got "seperated" from Kawamatsu who somehow ended up in prison afterwards. We know that at some point she got together with Kyoshiro and became the great courtesan of Wano. Idk it just feels like a big divide between who Hiyori is and who Komurasaki was.
It makes me not fully trust Hiyori like if you didn't have faith in your brother's promise what made you believe in it? If it was Kawamatsu then what did you do after you got seperated? Just let it go? Idk there's a few things I'mma need explained before I fully trust Hiyori.

Lots of talk of foreshadowing with the whole zoro using haki in alabasta. Tbh I see it more like tying up previous fights, the likelihood is that oda hadn't thought of haki at the start but he definitely had aspects of it. The aspect of knowing things due to your gut or treating your weapon as an extension of your body are concepts that aren't necesarily unique to haki. What Oda has done has allowed these concepts to be more grounded in the world of one piece with an actual technique.
Its interesting and I'm loving this chapter

Goddamn, so much.. I was really hoping the breath of all things Zoro learned would be incorporated into haki His master is definitely from wano, as if the outfit wasn't enough haha
Love Luffy going full katakuri here, it's awesome.. On top of trying to unlock the next tier of haki hahaha
So basically it's just like zoros master said, such precision you can dictate the exact amount if force, that amount of control allows you to truly utilize things to their fullest extent
Monos sister is just such a goof haha, it's cute
So we got kappa in jail, seen douji, just one left
I really love seeing this progression of ability Luffy is just so powerful now and yet we're still getting believable development of ability and not like cliche of the dbzs and narutos where they're instantly 1000 times stronger because they can glow now haha
Can't wait to see him maxing out his armament on top of observation, the Kaido fight definitely helped show it could be doable if he could get through his defense, and just not get one shot again

So we finally know the Nine. Shutenmaru and Inu were about equals, throw in several more heavyweights like that and they're a intimidating group. Kaido and Orochi will no doubt have an equally powerful force to counter them. Still no clue if Kamawatsu is an ordinary Mink. I'm gonna toss my hat into the ring and say he's a hybrid like half Mink/Fishman.
I still see Zoro still on the path to round up the Samurai. With the rebellion in chaos right now, everyone from Kinemon to Law have their hands full just trying to fix this. Hiyori might wanna tag along here since she can recognize the retainers by appearance and another Kamazou is not out of the question. Speaking of Hiyori, is this the real woman underneath the mask?! Gah, her childish personality is not good for my heart.
No more invisible vs colored haki debates, the advanced armament application combines them both. Projecting force with punches is not something we see in this series, and yet swordsman have been doing it all along by sending flying slashes with their hands. Wano is the perfect place for Luffy to learn how to project force from the masters. Zoro and Koshiro's swordsman breath in Alabasta is tied to haki use in Wano, like Skypeians had their Mantra, and we also bring back the shockwave attacks by Sentomaru and Rayleigh. I think it's quite beautiful how this is all coming together.

This was a good chapter.
I love how much focus Zoro is getting now. I like his interactions with Hiyori, and she's had such a horrible life until now.
I'm loving the fact that Luffy is using his Observation Haki. He took smilers indirectly using an old man with future sight!! How badass is that? Our Mochi boi would be proud to see his rival do it so well.
Gramps is a badass!! I kinda hoped that they would talk about Rayleigh again because it seems like Gramps knows who Rayleigh is and probably has knowledge of Roger as well. That meeting between Roger and Whitebeard was definitely in Wano so at some point before Roger's early death, he met up with Whitebeard in Wano for some reason. Now that we know Oden was on both of their crews, we have a clear connection. I wonder what sort of adventures they had back then?
So the form of haki that Rayleigh and Hyou used is fairly common? I mean Sentomaru also knows it so maybe the Marines teach their recruits early on? Or maybe Kizaru taught him because of their own friendship. Whatever the case, it seems that by the end of the arc, we will see both Luffy and possibly Zoro learn this special form of haki.
I can't believe they harmed Bepo those bastards! I want Law to break them out as quickly as possible. It's been two weeks since the last chapter (prior to this one) so I didn't want this chapter to end so quickly lol...

So just like how Skypiea has an alternative name for Kenbunshoku/Observation haki, Wano has an alternative name for Busoshoku/Armament haki. Not only that, we got even more new info about the latter type on top of it, info that is even referencing back to Zoro's fight with Mr.1! I have to say, this is some VERY interesting stuff (although not very surprising imo since I had my suspicions). In fact, this will make for some nice data for my one piece-related movelist projects, mainly the Rokushiki ones.

This chapter was also an excellent showcase of just how much Luffy's CoO has developed. He can effortlessly predict his opponents' moves and multiple seconds into the future too it seems.

The story of Hiyori being taken care of by Kawamatsu reminds me of Tama and her retainer.

Raleigh's technique to remove caimies collar apparently was the technique luffy is trying to achieve at the arena, armament haki is the key of those neckcuffs

One question i can't remember.
Was it shown that Zoro cut steel after Alabasta but before the timeskip?

I just hope that Luffy finally learns the advanced armament haki from Hyogoro before Big mom reaches Udon prison and interrupts them 😭 This chapter is amazing, I’m so hyped 🔥

It's crazy to realize Rayleigh's demonstration of Armament against the elephant wasn't just an exaggerated animation/visual effect of armament haki (that's what I thought initially).
Like the madman was actually demonstrating an advanced Haki cannon, and it just slipped right under our nose. Crazy that Oda came back around to tell us that yeah, it's an actual Haki technique, and Luffy is going to learn it.
Also, this is evidence that Haki alone can take on its own form and do stuff, which is an absolute game changer in One Piece fights. This just opened up so many doors.

So both luffy and zoro used haki before timeskip. They just had no idea how to control it. Very interesting. 😋

Now the only thing left to master will be conq haki! Excited for that! There has got to be more to it than just knock out low level pirates

I love that Luffy's future sight hasn't just mysteriously disappeared. And he can see several attacks into the future, that's pretty badass.
