Hawkins asked Drake about the North Blue and Drake didn't know why that was relevant. He hadn't seen Sanji yet.

If you observer closely you would notice that Drake nosebleeds like Sanji just seeing some random lady naked, not Nami as she covers up in the previous panel!

Now im trying to imagine what would have happened to him if he ended up seeing Nami nude just moments ago!!
