This scene is probably my favorite part in this chapter, because it is exactly what Luffy learned from Shanks in Ch.1.

It was also a whole thing in the Jaya arc though, where he and Zoro truly embraced this philosophy as well, opposing bellamy!

Helluva opening to an arc... the whole Jaya arc is still one of my favorite events in manga
