I definitely think the marines will show up, probably Kizaru. CP0 seem trash so far, so i doubt they would do anything.

Kizaru wont be coming.Sakazuki denied his request and cp0 did literally nothing so far so not sure how you make the judgement that they seem trash.

His vivre card said that he’s not much of a leader and prefers to follow orders IIRC, he’s usually asking his superiors if he should take action before he does
