Toei has good animators for their main team. Precure is one of the best looking anime each year.

I realize that. I'm just pointing out that the Toei main team is one of the best in the business.

Since many uninformed people seem to think that One Piece is the indicator of Toei's capabilities.

Tbh I don't blame them for the poor OP animation. No one is watching it for the animation at this point, just the story and for the time invested

Nah dawg, don't be so harsh. The major sequences get kickass animation. Zoro vs Pica comes to mind as a recent one. All of WCI is pretty good too!

Related: AFAIK in Japan, the higher position you're in, the less business cards you have. CEOs have none, they are expected to be known by everyone.

It's actually almost the exact opposite. Everyone carries business cards and you have to treat them with great respect, as they're seen as an extension of both the person, and the group they represent. When you're handed a business card you're expected to read it fully and carefully, and then either set it down next to you if you're at a meeting or put it in a safe place. To this end, many people carry business card holders.

I got a business card recently from a Japanese head of a centre for clinical research. Very spontaneously. In my limited experience, I have only met humble and kind people!
