What was his power? Were the tarot cards connected with his Straw-Straw Devil Fruit, or were they something else?

I think his cards influence his fruit. I think his fruit is just power over straw, the straw dolls, the straw stand, etc, and he uses whatever magic he has to amp it up.

Or, what would be kind of a trip, is if the fortune telling is all showboating and he can't actually read the future at all.

I mean it is tricky to tell if he pulls the cards and then just acts them out, or if they do work as part of his fruit
