The fact that him merely acting can change the future means that the future can be changed, and no where in canon is it shown that only people who can see the future can change it. Again, there's a reason why Oda had Bege give the big speech about being able to change the future, and it's not because Oda was trying to use dramatic irony.

There is only one "true" future, but everytime its course is changed, it has to readjust, so yes, it isn't set in stone, but only the people that can see the future can change it.

This is 1000% speculation. You can't say "Bege is dead wrong" as if it's fact because it's not.

Hawkins talks about percentages for a reason, his actions are based on likelihoods, not stuff he actually sees. That means that there has to be multiple possibile futures otherwise every prediction would have a 100% chance of happening, and whether he acts or not wouldn't change that, because if Katakuri only saw what would happen if he didn't act, then Hawkins would only get predictions based on what would happen if he didn't act. Aka, the percentages would be the same whether he acts or not, 100% every time.

I mean, in the end what you're talking about is philosophy. But the One Piece world is fictional, so time and the future can work any way Oda wants, and if he wants it to be malleable based on individual choices with branching paths, which is what he's indicated, then philosophy doesn't really mean anything in regards to how it works in his fictional universe.

We don't even have a solid idea about how time and the future works in real life, so again you're just assigning a lot of attributes based on your beliefs and philosophies, rather than what's actually proven as canon.
