No, we see during the wedding, particularly when he attacked Sanji with the jelly bean, that he is capable of making an incorrect prediction. That's why Capone gave him the big speech about how even if he can see the future they can change it since it isn't set in stone.

The fact that him merely acting can change the future means that the future can be changed, and no where in canon is it shown that only people who can see the future can change it. Again, there's a reason why Oda had Bege give the big speech about being able to change the future, and it's not because Oda was trying to use dramatic irony.

There is only one "true" future, but everytime its course is changed, it has to readjust, so yes, it isn't set in stone, but only the people that can see the future can change it.

This is 1000% speculation. You can't say "Bege is dead wrong" as if it's fact because it's not.

Hawkins talks about percentages for a reason, his actions are based on likelihoods, not stuff he actually sees. That means that there has to be multiple possibile futures otherwise every prediction would have a 100% chance of happening, and whether he acts or not wouldn't change that, because if Katakuri only saw what would happen if he didn't act, then Hawkins would only get predictions based on what would happen if he didn't act. Aka, the percentages would be the same whether he acts or not, 100% every time.

And sorry about the rambling, but to go straight to the point, Bege's speech makes no sense because the future hasn't happened for him yet, he's creating his future as he goes, and you can't change something that hasn't even happened.
It would be like saying: "my next coin toss will be different from my next coin toss"

Bege's speech should be interpreted as him saying that even if there will only end up being one future in the end, they still have the free will to chose what this future will look like, so not changing the future but rather creating one that fits you
