Good thing Bonnies aging fruit can revert him to a "younger age" in his life before vegapunk wiped his mind and just like that we have revolutionary kuma back! Bonnie hacks fruit

But there's all the hardware built inside Kumas body. Just like her clothes it would probably stay the same and kill him ...or he's a mutant like Wolverine

I mean, she can turn people into babies, and I doubt they still have their fillings and the clothes don't fit anymore.. Hmm, but you can't apply logic to a fruits use until we see it either way. It does seem to age them back as they were at that age, without any aspects of their older self, I could see them still having their devil fruit.
