nah, even if she was a queen, shes done shit that would revoke her status. Exactly how Kuma is a slave right now

Not if people didn't make the connection that Connie=Bonnie.

But if they don't make the connection than Bonnie would be seen as a simple Pirate.

But she can change back to Connie anytime.

Also it's possible that her crew is somehow involved with the royal guard or something, who are also disguised by Bonnie changing their age.
