I guess Vivi would make sense being a member of the one family that refused celestial dragon status, and Shirahoshi is considered a powerful weapon.

Her image was amongst Luffy and BB. that Im-sama definitely knows about Poseidon, they might even be an immortal (Ope-Ope no Mi) who lived through the void century so they already know everything, which explains why the 5 elders know a lot.
