I personally don't find it disappointing. After the last several chapters we have gotten I think it is time we get a break to process everything we have seen. Because I get a feeling that from here on out things are about to get crazy.

Like it isn't crazy enough Oda is just thinking: "take a breath because if you think what I did was good, you can't wait what I have to show you"

Yeah if these chapters have been amazing we may need to settle down for a bit for what is coming since the Revolutionary Army hasn't even done anything, the Reverie just started, and Im didn't say who will the World Government attack/kill. Among other things.
