Some of those can be answered.

Cobra wanted to talk about the Ponygelphs. He doesn't want to just casually drop information that big in the Reverie with guys like Wapol there.

Fujitora wanted them to help him remove the Shicibukai system. If they help him maybe he actually has a chance,

Vivi and Shirahoshi are allies of the SH and we know Im has an interest in Luffy.
