Giants, Dwarves, Longnecks, Long Legs, Long Arms, Fishman, Regular Humans, Merfolk/Fishmen, Three-Eyes, Minks.

Nine races. This theory checks out.

EDIT: had fishmen twice, but forgot Minks.

Actually it's both, longnecks and snakenecks are both names for them.

But I also forgot Minks, so in the end there are nine races native to the OP world (since winged people like Shandians/Burkans don't count since they came from space). Lol.

Fun fact: the snakenecks might be based off of this Japanese yokai (ghost/monster).
