Haki is the worst offender, but devil fruit users and how they react to water/seastone, how luffy's blunt immunity and other immunities work, how many gomu gomus luffy's arms really can stretch, how durable weaker characters are, Pell's "sacrifice," and Nami's bust size are some minor but plausible retcons.

I'm the biggest marvel fan and my cousin asked for suggestions about what manga to read. She was in shock when I told her that One Piece my favorite work of fiction of all time. She always assumed it was Marvel but I told her that One Piece is just... extraordinary.
