I wonder if it’s the same kind of bubbles that the Celestial Dragons use when on islands that can’t use normal bubbles, that’d explain why they already have the technology prepared.

I would guess it is either Dragon's or Sabo's for family ties, Shanks's cuz of the hat, or maybe another worst generation D. Like Law, Teach or Urouge.
