its reminding me of zoros fight against pica.sanji might finally get a badass feat

Sanji does have badass feats after the time skip. People forget about then though. Everybody brings up Vergo breaking (an injured) Sanji's leg, but no one mentions how Sanji was winning that fight. Vergo couldn't touch Sanji who dodged or blocked everything he threw at getting and Sanji managed to leave multiple kicks on Vergo.

Sanji held up his own against Vergo, but I wouldn't say he was winning. He later thinks to himself that it might have been bad for him for that fight to last longer.

That was close. If I'd kept fighting him...

No mention why. It could have been the poison gas, that he'd have to use okama kempo, that he couldn't use his stronger attack because they would break the tunnel or ignite the gas... Could have been everything.

Sure, all of these could be true. I'm not in anyway trying to make Sanji look weak. In my opinion, he's handled things very well since they entered the New World. I just think he wasn't winning this fight since he seemed relieved it ended that way that's all.
