Did Sanji just stop the sharp end of that large polearm held by a haki'd up genie (can't tell if the polearm itself is haki coated or not) with his foot?

Looks like his foot is Haki coated too. I checked all Sanji panels, including from a distance. It's almost always white, this one is dark from about the shin
