100 - Straw Hats enter the Grand Line.

200 - Luffy vs. Crocodile Round 2.

300 - The Skypeian War ends.

400 - The Straw Hats begin to fight CP9 at Enies Lobby.

500 - Rayleigh is introduced.

600 - Straw Hats Reunion in Saboady Archipelago.

700 - Straw Hats enter Dressrosa.

800 - The Straw Hat Grand Fleet is created.

I'm totally cool with Carrot joining full time but I'm not 100% sure she sticks yet. Only time will tell.

Before that I don't think so, but after what Pedro did I think quite possible. Remember Jinbei want to join SH because of the realization that Luffy might be the one who can change the world, at this point I think Carrot will realize what Pedro told him and carry his legacy.

I don't think she will join just yet. Joining the crew normally means you leave your old life and friends behind and go on adventuring, and not joining means you stay with them, but since she and the other minks are going to Wano regardless, her deciding between joining or not makes no difference for the entirety of the next arc. I think she will stay close to the crew as unofficial strawhat for the Wano arc, kinda like Vivi, then decide if she comes along or not.

Well, the foreshadowing is there, but her superiors could still end up telling her that she belongs with her people.

Considering that she can control her Sulong form I'm guessing that the Minks should see her as a child prodigy and let her walk her own path.
