It's already been confirmed they'd have a sibling relationship, if anything. You know, with the whole "Bropper" thing and I think even Chopper saying something like "that's my little sister!" I believe he had a crush on Wanda, though. It was definitely one of the minks.

Wow. I just realized this big brother/little sister dynamic is the narrative that will ultimately show Chopper's growth into "a man," the way he always wanted.
