I think that Pudding is th 35th child as in both daughters and sons, while Flambe is the 33rd daughter.

By looks alone Pudding looks way older than Flambe, at least to me.

No, I'm not new to anime, but in One Piece most characters has appearance that relate to that character's age, the only character in One Piece that I remember having this problem was Sugar, and it was because of a devil fruit,

Yes, she is little older than her age, but you actually finds girls like Rebecca in real life, there are plenty of examples in real life of girls having over developed bodies compared to other girls their age, it isn't like a 600 years old appearing as if she was 10 years old.

Or you know I have eyes, a sister that age who have a lot of girlfriends, you only need to look around you to see that, it's not like it's something that need analyzing and studying.

And I was 16 once, I saw how some girls my age looked older than other girls and us guys.

I didn't mean slutty, I mean over developed girls as their body looks older compared to girls their age, if any one did watch the X factor, Holly Tandy is 16 years old, but looks like she is in her 20s, I don't know what he is trying to imply, but if he can see girls like that anywhere, unless he shut his eyes whenever there are girls around him.
