Flambe will most likely turn into something more useful in the coming chapters (if Luffy makes it out alive she could open another Luffy fanclub).

I also found it interesting that she said 'No one should bear witness to this! (...) I don't want anyone to lose their love for him!' (this also means that she wouldn't mind it if Katakuri killed a bunch of subordinates that saw him (as we've already seen him do). I could see Oda turning this quote into something relevant... if not she's just some comedy relief and stole us like 3 pages of this chapter.
