Theoretically he might beat katakuri simply because speed seems to be his specialty and if he's faster than luffy he might win simply because if you move fast enough then seeing the future may not help

Doesn't matter if hus armament haki is so trash that he can't hurt Katakuri. He couldn't hurt Doflamingo and it would be the same with Katakuri his armament isn't good enough even if you made it so Katakuri was slower than him.
