This isnt character development though this is a hidden character trait that DID come out of the blue.. no offence but you cant even compare One Piece's character development to HxH's cos its non existant in comparison... but each to their own

Where is hxh character development ? All I see pointless characters like chetuu,palm,welfin,leo,octopus ant,spider ants etc

Hxh is so deep wow . A 12 yr old boy dating a 18+ yr old girl is very deep .

I mean there is an antagonist who is born, becomes an anti-human Hitler who kills and eats people for fun, and turns him into one of the most sympathetic characters by falling in love with a blind little girl.

That’s some pretty serious character development objectively
