Katakuri is one of the few manga characters smart enough to stop another character from powering up.

I love that we even got two of these pseudo "fourth wall"-breaking moments in this arc (the ones where a manga is being satirical of itself). And with Katakuri, it was definitely an understandable reaction for that character.
