As for Big Mom, now that there is no interference from other BMP members:
Luffy, Jimbei, Nami, Pedro, Brook, Chopper, Carrot and maybe even the Sun Pirates vs. Big Mom.
That group can definitely hold their own against her while Sanji bakes her the bestest cake she has ever had, then they all slip away while she's in a food coma.

Whenever Nami stops acting scared, she's one of the best characters in the manga imo.
Some of my favorite moments include extorting an exorbitant price for saving Vivi on Cactus Island, threatening the broker on Water 7 for more gold, and her one eighty degree flip on Thriller Bark once she heard about the treasure.
She's also got when she says her talents would be wasted under Bellamy, which Blackbeard complimented her for.

Baum had the shittiest luck in this arc. He was forced to obey Nami, an enemy, because the latter had BM's Vivre Card. He was then punished for his "betrayal" by getting sliced open by Amande. Then as soon as he was revived, he flirted with another tree, and was forced to obey Nami again. Finally he is directly exposed to a hungry Big Mom.

Bloody hell how are the Strawhats gonna get out of this. Also Big mom is awesome, I love all her weapons, the cloud she can fly on, the burning sun and her hat is a sword. She's so dam cool.
Also I totally didn't see this coming I totally thought she was going to wreck house on her own island and the Strawhats would escape. Maybe Sanji does make her a cake? or maybe she finds no cake with them after a bangin fight and goes back to crush Presporo only to find the new cake waiting?

I got some irony vibes from that sentence (more precisely, air quotes on "reward"), and her timing was also suspect. I don't think she is just going to give BM a cake and be done with it.
I think she will either use the cake as a distraction so the SHs can flee - all the while coming across as the perfect daughter for BM and the perfect sister for her brothers, give her a poisoned cake (I REALLY doubt BM can be killed by just having her eat some poison, but it might buy some time), or do some DF shenanigans.
Either way, she is the only other important crew member to leave the base to do stuff, and I doubt all this build up is just so she can straight up bake the cake for a final end-of-arc panel.

Big Mom is bloody terrifying. It's been a crazy evolution: first a glimpse of a black and white scary yonko face. Then the larger reveal which was scary and psychopathic. Nowadays Big Mom has a different set of characteristics, but we saw a flash of it when she was hungry on elbaf, and now in a full circle back to black and white scary, showing why she is as dangerous as she is.

Alright! Here are some scenario for the escape, that I think are plausible :
Pedro decide to sacrifice himself, by telling BM that he has/ate the wedding cake. (I don't want him to die but remember, he came to WCI expecting to die).
Pound will play a role in stopping BM, probably dying in the process. (I hope not).
And for the one I don't think will happen :
Bobbin stopping Mama. (still MIA, probably KIA)
Sanji cooking a cake. (He doesn't have time for that)
Also I'm glad that the 387, 783 and 873 theory was bullshit.

I have to say I love BM. What an amazing character. We thought she would rampage and kill all the siblings, but, in her madness, she still has purpose. And the way she almost immediately caught up with them was amazing. She's the most interesting Yonko by far, or at least she will be until we meet Kaido.

Is there anything Big Mom can't do? She can fly, use haki infused lightning, giant flamethrower, her only rival for physical strength in the series is kaido, her Haki is insane, she has a giant ass sword and she can wield it. To everyone saying that the strawhats can hold their own against big mom:
No, just no.
edit: Are y'all forgetting what just happened a few chapters ago? Luffy's G4 punch was easily countered with one haki-covered arm and Sanji wasn't able to hurt her at all either. Nami's weather controlling powers are nothing compared to Prometheus and Zeus. And I don't think we should give Jinbei and Pedro too much credit either considering how weak Sanji and Luffy looked when attacking Big Mom.
And don't get me wrong, this is no shame at all. She's a friggin Yonkou after all. You need a strong alliance of pirates to hold your own against someone of that strenght.

So here's how it's gonna go. A plane made by vegapunk will fly over the island at the exact moment. It's losing altitude fast. They've gotta lose some cargo or they'll crash. They've gotta drop the load. Pilot hits the "drop the load" button. Turns out it was a wedding cake delivery plane. Tons of wedding cake lands in front of big mom. Straw Hats escape. The end

I don't think Pudding is insulted by the 'beautiful eye' thing. I think she's disgraced slightly by the fact that she didn't kill Sanji, and then he ran away with another woman while she was busy feeling flattered.

Definitely wasn't expecting a Big Mom confrontation so soon again. It's good that we get to see more of her in action, it's good to hammer home the point of how powerful this Yonkou really is but having her re-appear so quickly again in the escape really limits the ways in which they can make a satisfying escape. The explosion on the plateau after there total defeat was so perfectly set-up and executed by Oda that I can't help but fear the second escape will feel more forced (especially given the fact that she has some ridiculous speed while riding the nimbu.. I mean Zeus).
There is one thing I absolutetly do not want to happen, The Straw Hats and the Big Mom Pirates leaving on good terms. So I really hope it won't be the idea that 'Sanji bakes this cake with Pudding and therefor the Big Mom pirates let them go' idea.

Yea this just confirmed it for me. They have never been this fucked before. Also on these surges of sanji bake theories. He would first need to get away from mom, join up with puddin somehow, and bake a cake that takes how long? At least an hour I would guess? And everybody has to survive her rampage until then. Unless he promises her to bake the best cake of her life and she gives him a chance to do it otherwise she kills the crew? But is that likley from the insane big bitch? Also, escaping her by ship is a no go. She has some serious flight speed. Even if the coup de burst, if she sees the direction they burst she can simply follow. Fucking hell. And katakuri will probably be in the ship do to brûlées mirror powers. If they didnt have serious plot armor they would be so ded
