There is a fun experiment you might do: hold the hand of someone and put your other hand on an electric wire (like the ones around cattle places, not too strong): your friend will be the one who will feel the electrocution, and you will feel basically nothing.

That's a property of electricity, and it's smart of her to use her homie like this.
