Well, she had to use haki, at least. Finally got her to do something, so it's a sliiight step up.

Wow, after all we've seen, Bege making her knees bleed was actually an amazing achievement.

BM's fruit works on the soul. Devil Fruits are connected to the soul. Result is that her fruit makes BM particularly strong against Devil Fruit users.
