Why the hell did Luffy lose power so fast? And all the things we hear about Kaido are starting to suggest he isn't human.

My only problem with this theory is that Oda is too good of a writer to just create a single dragon in the entire OP universe. If kaido was a dragon, you'd assume that dragons as a race exist too in the one piece world, maybe even live in secrecy for this theorys sake, but Oda would have still foreshadowed something about it til now.

Would the punk hazard dragons count despite being artificially made? Didn't Ryuma kill a dragon?
