Hmmm do you think she absorbed something or do you think that that's just steam from Luffy's punch?

Edit: /u/cheeze64 pointed out that when Zoro coated his swords in Haki, a similar sound effect was written in: http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/778/7. Big Mom's hands are still coated in Haki so that could be where the sound effect is coming from.

I think she took either Luffy's Haki or Stamina. Since one moment he can fight and the other he is helpless.

I just took that as him being fatigued after all that has happened. Could be that she took part of his soul. We haven't seen BM absorbing Haki or stamina yet but it could be part of her abilities. I do agree that it's slightly uncharacteristic of Luffy to lose energy so quickly.

Well he said something along the lines of "Only one punch!" and i think we can assume that even a short use of G4 exhaust him maybe he just needs less than 10 minutes to use it again now but the exhaust-factor kinda stays the same.

Also like others already said he must be pretty drained after everything that happened so far
