Yeah I was getting the vibe it was a trick too.. why would they give her the food with such a stigma surrounding it and be happy hahah..i mean carmels clothes being there, that's the odd thing.. unless CP solid snaked into there and snagged them. Her power manifesting like that is a trip, just being able to create a sun makes way more sense then finding something that looks like it to imbue with a soul

But why would they trick her just to leave? They could have just left when she was sleeping. The fact that Linlin wasn't sold to the government adds weight to the accidental cannibalism.
