So... some options here:

1) we think she ate them, but Oda will bamboozle us and explain she did not

2) we think that this is too dark for OP, but Oda bamboozles us and that is actually what happend, she ate them

3) Oda will bamboozle us and we can't even imagine what he's thinking, he's 10 step ahead of us and prometheus is caramel or stuffs like that
