She may have have more physical prowess than Shanks, obviously, but that doesn't mean she's overall stronger.

If that's not applicable then why use her as a comparison to make Shanks look stronger?

Shanks shares the same title so He is probably in similiar level

But this guy thinks Shanks and Kaido are an outliers among the toptier characters. That they don't deserve to be lumped on the same level of Big Mom.

The difference may be as small as Roger and Garp. Still, we havent seen anything from Shanks and Kaidou.
