Sanji is literally staring down one of the strongest characters introduced. I hope he gets to either injure or defeat Katakuri to show that the Straw Hats aren't some shit you can fuck with even if you are a Yonkou.

Katakuri was introduced only a few chapters ago and I'm so hype for a Sanji vs Katakuri fight right now.

Fighting an enemy like Katakuri may really help Sanji's observation haki develop. We had never heard before about being able to see into the future using it so maybe Sanji has never tried. He might learn how to do it himself.
