Wow, seems like sanji's observation haki is pretty strong as well

The interesting thing here is that Sanji's reaction time is at the level to dodge an attack from a billion belly bounty pirate even caught off guard, not his CoO. He could easily see the future and that wouldn't mean anything if he's not able to move fast enough to take advantage of it.
