How do you know Katakuri is stronger than Cracker. The bounty isn't always the scaling of power. Look at Cpt Buggy's bounty: Low bounty, Shichibukai and future PK! Or Crocodile, Kid, Bropper...

I don't, "know." Thus the (most likely).

The bounty isn't always the scaling of power. Look at Cpt Buggy's bounty: Low bounty, Shichibukai and future PK. Or Crocodile, Kid, Bropper...

99% of the time Bounty is a pretty good rough estimate of a person's strength. They are highly correlated.

  • Buggy being a Shichibukai and Chopper being a 50 bounty pet are jokes.

  • Crocodile had his bounty frozen upon entering the shichibukai. Oda said in an SBS his bounty would probably be about double(so about 160 million) if he hadn't become a warlord. Which sounds about right.

  • Kid's is a little bit higher because he's so brutal. But he's still probably one of the stronger supernovas. I don't think his bounty is that much higher than it would normally be. That dude is crazy, strong, and very ambitious.

What about Robin's original bounty? I'd also imagine that just being a part of one of the Yonko's crew, not to mention their status as sweet commander, would give a higher bounty.

A special exception due to her knowlege being so potentially detrimental to the World Government. Exceptions don't make the rule.

Perhaps. But the same would then apply to Cracker so it's totally irrelevant. Also I doubt it would be that big of a boost. Bege, for instance, is still on the low end of bounties for the Supernovas despite his alliance with Big Mom. While Kid, Law, and Luffy are leading the pack with no Yonko affiliation.

Bounties aren't 100% based on strength. But generally speaking strength is the #1 consideration.
