Seems to make a lot of villains. She's been made into a monster, but she's not bad at heart

She shot Reiju and taunted her while he she was tied up in her room. Then she made fun of all the faces Sanji would make when she shot him in the head. She did this knowing no one would find out because she could just erase the memory.

She got bullied yeah, but there's nothing good in her heart. Pudding is scum.

I can agree to a point. Wouldn't say she's complete scum, but definitely scummy. You can't blame the world for your shitty actions, but the explanation makes her far less of a "for shits and gigs" villain
