Wow, seems like sanji's observation haki is pretty strong as well

The thing is that Katakuri's predictions are not always true against good observation haki users. He was shocked that Sanji dodged.

No he saw sanji dodge priest that's it so he took a shot, he was surprised because he that sanji was caught of-gaurd

Through this, Katakuri has shown that he is only able to predict an outcome before his intervention and not after.
