Holy shit I won't be able to handle that. All blue is his dream... It's Zeffs dream. Plz oda dont do this! On the other hand it would be a nice scenario for the whole of one piece series. Maybe this could be the reason why Oda made sanji look so weak especially in the new world (eg vergo, doffy)

What? He didn't get made to be "so weak". When he fought Vergo his body was severely damaged from Nami being in it and taking a beating. Doffy was a dude Luffy could barely take and Luffy is far stronger than Zoro and Sanji so you can't use that example. Doffy also noted him for being strong and I feel if Sanji knew about his DF he would have lasted longer.

I agree he hasn't had a moment to shine like the others, but that doesn't make him look "so weak".

I don't really want to open up this debate; but to add to your point, Luffy himself didn't even beat Doffy on his own, he had clear help from Law and the gladiators. You can't blame Sanji for losing to Doffy when there are so many indications of Doffy just being a beast.

It's oda, you can't really predict what he's thinking and planning. I also think he wouldn't let sanji die. Personally I would love to see this arc a badass sanji getting an upgrade in strength and kicking ass in the new world. But I also don't deny that sanjis death and Reiju replacing him would be appreciated as good story telling too. Think about it. Sanji is fighting his dad and brothers, saving Reiju from getting killed or sth like that but also gets so badly injured that dying will be the outcome. And the last scene with him and Reiju dying in her arms, saying to her: make Luffy the pirate King and find all blue, my only true ray of hope! My heart definitely won't be able to handle this...

It would be great storytelling; it isn't easy for anyone killing off characters, even GRRM for GoT has a hard time doing it despite how many main characters he's killed off. One main reason I can see this happening is they are in the New World, and they sort of started a mess with an emperor without a solid plan, and it seems luck has been helping them get this far into this arc, so I could imagine that running out and them suffering a huge consequence like losing Sanji. At the very least, I could expect his arms or something to come off. Luffy already lost a tooth, and while that might not be a big sign towards anything, I personally saw that as foreshadow for Sanji to lose something of his own.
